(Note: Credit card payments are processed securely via encrypted third-party payment gateways and are not directly stored on Realink servers).
  • Technical & Usage Data: IP address, device identifier, browser type, operating system, and details about how you interact with our website and application.

2. How We Collect Personal Information
We collect personal information directly from you when you:

  • Register for or use the Realink platform or mobile application.
    Contact our customer support or sales teams.
  • Post on our community forums, blog, or submit online inquiries.
  • Subscribe to our newsletters or marketing communications.
  • Personal Information Collected About Others
    If you (such as a real estate agent or property manager) enter personal information about another individual (such as a property owner or tenant) into Realink:
  • You warrant that you are authorised to disclose that information to us.
  • You must take reasonable steps to ensure the individual is aware that their personal information is being collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

3. How We Use Your Personal Information
We collect, hold, and use personal information strictly for legitimate business purposes, including to:

  • Primary Hosting Location: Your personal information is hosted on secure, top-tier cloud servers located in Sydney, Australia.

Realink will not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only disclose personal information in limited circumstances:
